1. Donations
All donations made are non-refundable.
Donors are encouraged to contact us in case of errors during the donation process.
2. Academic Course Registrations
Registrations can be cancelled within 7 days of payment via written request.
A 10% cancellation fee will apply.
No refunds after 7 days from payment.
3. Books, Journals & Digital Materials
Digital content is non-refundable once delivered.
For physical items, cancellation is allowed only before dispatch.
4. Workshops, Events & Training
Cancellation allowed up to 5 days before the event.
₹200 or 10% (whichever is higher) will be deducted as processing fee.
No refund for no-shows or late cancellations.
5. Failed or Duplicate Transactions
Contact us immediately with transaction details.
Verified refund requests will be processed within 7–10 working days.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations due to unforeseen events like natural calamities, technical failures, or legal restrictions.
